Zeki Müren showcased his designs in 3 different cities in 1965 and carried them to the stage at the beginning of 70’s. Scaled, paillette adorned shining jackets, glimmering costumes, high heel shoes, capes with shining clothes, knee high lamé boots, collars with fur, short shorts… He took the stage with designs that no one would even come close to in those years. He created his costumes with his own designs, models and his carefully picked cloths. For him, an artist should appeal to the eyes and the ears of the audience. In order to do that, he started improving himself from very young ages. He named all those glittering costumes that are known to weigh at least 10 kilograms each. These names were inspired by the emotions he had while designing or wearing these costumes.
